At Ever Luminous Healing Arts, we believe that we are all aspects of Source (God) Consciousness, experiencing life as human. This means that at our essence we are all whole and perfect, but we are often conditioned to believe otherwise. Mental and physical imbalance and dis-ease are rooted in the psychosomatic and metaphysical energy of our learned fears, negative habitual thoughts, limiting beliefs and stored, unresolved emotions from ancestral and current lives. The accumulation of these energies are known as our "shadow" aspects. Left hidden and repressed, our shadow creates blockages, pain and obstacles. Only we ourselves, hold the key to our own healing by bringing awareness to our shadow. When we tap into the expansive space of pure consciousness within and bring awareness to what we have repressed and denied about ourselves and our lives, we can stimulate healing on all levels and align with what we truly desire. We are the creators of our perceived reality, this means we want to be consciously creating as opposed to creating by our default programming. Conscious creation begins with awareness of the energy we have stored in the mind and body, and the energy we emit.
